Jake was born in Roseburg, Oregon on May 20, 1969. He is much loved and will always be remembered by all his friends and family. He very suddenly and unexpectedly passed away on Jan 26th, 2009. He was very loved.

Jake was my first boyfriend, and I am so glad that he was. He remained a good friend for many years. I will always remember Jake showing up at Perrys for Halloween, dressed as a potted daisy! Complete with petals around his head and a giant plant pot around his waist held up with suspenders! Ha!
